Meet Amy

For most of my life I’ve been fascinated with human behaviour and the mind; I studied psychology at university then Neuro Linguistic Programming, TimeLine Therapy® and Hypnosis in subsequent years. I have worked with the general population and helped client’s break through limitations and challenges, and achieve life changing goals.

However, after participating in the Hypnobirthing Australia™ course, in preparation for the birth of my first son, I was drawn to become a Hypnobirthing practitioner. I soon found my niche; educating and supporting mothers and their partners from pregnancy and the transition to parenthood, through to the postpartum period and beyond. To enable and encourage strength and energy, to give vitality, during this season of their lives, is a culmination of my life's studies and passion.
